By accessing, registering, or using the u3333 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These T&C form a binding contract between you and u3333 and are enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these T&C constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These T&C apply to all services provided by u3333, including but not limited to: live casino games, sports betting (including cricket, football, and kabaddi), slot games, crash games, fishing games, and all promotional and bonus activities offered on the platform.

To register and maintain an account with u3333, you must satisfy ALL of the following eligibility conditions at all times. u3333 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

• Account registration is free of charge. u3333 does not charge account maintenance fees. Any fees associated with deposits or withdrawals are determined by the payment service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and not by u3333.

All financial transactions on u3333 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). u3333 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Deposits are processed through Bangladeshi mobile financial services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as direct bank transfers to participating Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed. u3333 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing withdrawal funds. Withdrawal processing typically takes five to fifteen minutes once approved, though processing times may vary during peak periods.

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. u3333 does not impose a maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Deposits made to your u3333 wallet are for the purpose of gaming only. u3333 is not a banking or investment service. Deposited funds do not earn interest.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a verified payment method that has been used for a previous deposit. u3333 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, including accounts not registered in the player's own name.
• Players who set voluntary deposit limits through their account settings may request an increase in their limit only after a mandatory cooling-off period of seven days. Requests to decrease limits take effect immediately.

u3333 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses on first deposits, reload bonuses, and free bet credits. All bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements and conditions stated at the time the bonus is issued. • Bonus funds and real funds are held separately in the player's u3333 wallet. Bonus funds become withdrawable only once the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) has been fully met. Until the rollover condition is satisfied, bonus-derived winnings cannot be withdrawn.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first deposit only. A player may not claim a new welcome bonus on a second or subsequent account. Attempting to do so constitutes a breach of these T&C and will result in account closure.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for seven days. Decreases take effect immediately.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics in a manner not available to regular players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play with other players for the purpose of guaranteeing outcomes or exploiting bonus conditions.
• Attempting to deposit or withdraw funds using payment methods that are not registered in your own legal name, including using another person's bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account.
• Using the u3333 platform for any money laundering activity, including making deposits with no intention to play, or structuring transactions to conceal the source of funds.

u3333 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where u3333 reasonably believes that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these T&C; (b) the player has provided false registration information; (c) the player is engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; or (d) the player's account poses a financial, security, or reputational risk to u3333 or other players.

Upon permanent account closure due to a breach of these T&C, u3333 reserves the right to forfeit all funds remaining in the account, including real-money balances and any pending withdrawals. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, as a result of a business decision by u3333), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

All content on the u3333 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and the overall site design, is the property of u3333 or its content and technology providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the u3333 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, or distribute any u3333 platform content without prior written authorisation from u3333.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, u3333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits or winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, technical failures, or any third-party conduct. u3333's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim.

u3333 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously and without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and circumstances beyond u3333's reasonable control may occasionally result in service unavailability. u3333 will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

u3333 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at u3333.bio/privacy-policy and forms part of these T&C by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. u3333 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit and implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect stored personal data from unauthorised access.

u3333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time. Where a material change is made, u3333 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the platform or by email to the address registered on the player's account. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of amended T&C constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
